Farm Tanka

lot next to barn, barnyard in the fall

  Farm Tanka

afternoon on the farm

separated calves bawling

whenever a child

calls for his mom it sounds

the same in all languages

I had just visited my mom and dad’s farm when I got to thinking about how: any animal can hear another animal cry and it knows it is crying for help. Have you ever seen a dog or a cat perk its ears up at a crying baby? Animals known when another animal is sad or hurt.
